Our garage floor finishing system is a new generation, fast curing two component, aliphatic polyurea coating with a full flake medium embedded
between coats. This garage flooring product is resistant to salt, oil, gasoline and other contaminants. The finished product gives the
appearance of a monolithic slab of granite.
The base of our system is an industrial grade coating that has been used for years to protect bridge decks, chemical tanks and many other
structures because of its superior qualities. This system has triple the abrasion resistance, twice the adhesion, and 50% more flexibility than
Epoxy. Product Specifications. Combine these characteristics with its ability to cure rapidly at any temperature and this floor is in a league of
it's own.
Garage floors can be completed in one day at any temperature and usually cure in less than 24 hours compared to days for epoxy garage
floors. Your garage floor will have a very high UV resistance "which means it will not yellow or fade over time compared to traditional epoxies
and urethanes". Its ability to resist oil stains and deterioration of salts, gasoline and other contaminates is unmatched. The coating is also very
