What is Polyaspartic Polyurea?
Polyaspartic Polyreau is an industrial flooring product that is similar in appearance to epoxy products
currently in use, but the similarity stops there. Our garage flooring system is far superior in performance
and durability. A wide variety of finish options are available allowing you to obtain the exact look you
need to make your garage a show place every time the door rolls up.
Is this system proven?
Polyaspartic Polyurea itself is not a new product, it has proven itself in industrial applications over many
years.
Why is it only now available ?
Polyaspartic Polyurea is a two part product. Part A and B are mixed before application curing rapidly
after mixing which made installation difficult and costly. This is the only reason contractors have not
been using this product to date. Enter the patent pending plural pump. This revolutionary piece of
equipment allows the product to be mixed as it is applied to the garage floor simplifying the application
and reducing waste. Each coat will cure in about 60 minutes. No more sitting around waiting for epoxy.

Believe it or not, due to the speed of application and reduced waste we are able to offer this superior
product at a price comparable to epoxy. Prices start at $4.50 a square foot. This price includes repair of
